About

Clinical-grade PMOS care, built by the women who needed it.

PMOS care wasn't built for the people who actually have it. Most of us spent years getting shrugged at, handed birth control, or told to lose weight. So we built the thing that was missing.

Our mission

Make PMOS understandable, manageable, and solvable. For every woman the medical system keeps overlooking.

Our principles
  • 01Data over diet culture.
  • 02Clinical evidence over wellness fluff.
  • 03Personalization over one-size-fits-all.
Our story

Two women. The same blind spot. Different sides of it.

Nuravi didn't start in a lab. It started in two bodies that had spent years being told their symptoms were normal.

Chapter one

Josephine, on the long way to a name for it

Years of yo-yo dieting. Years of "eat less, move more." None of it matched what was happening in her body. Josephine self-diagnosed, stacked six supplements a day, and ran a fitness app that had clearly never been built for someone with her hormones. Nothing held together. So she built the first piece herself — the Balance app — and women started coming back to it daily. With zero marketing. That's when it stopped being personal.

Chapter two

Tara, on the diagnosis that almost didn't come

Tara had surgery to remove an ovarian cyst before anyone said the word PCOS out loud. Facial hair. Bloating no diet explained. Mood swings that arrived with her cycle and stayed. The signs had been on the table for years. Nobody connected them. By the time she had a name for it, she'd already lost years to a system that treats this condition as something women have to figure out alone.

Chapter three

Where the two stories met

Same shape, different entry points. One self-diagnosed after years of dieting in the dark. The other had surgery before anyone connected the dots. Both ended up alone with a stack of symptoms and a feed full of advice that didn't fit. Nuravi is where those two halves stopped being two problems.

Chapter four

Built with clinicians. Not around them.

We're not another wellness brand guessing at hormones. Every recommendation we put our name on is informed by endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, and registered dietitians who specialize in PMOS. The Balance app sharpens the loop — surfacing how real women are eating, bloating, sleeping, and cycling, so our care evolves with the data. Clinical evidence on one side. Lived data on the other. Both feeding the same thing.

That's what we're building. Diagnosis that's actually accessible. Management that's actually doable. High-tech where it helps. Built for the women the medical system has been overlooking.
