nuravi is a product of Deina Labs Inc., 228 Park Avenue S, PMB 84210, New York, NY 10003. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Deina Labs Inc.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account details, quiz responses, food and cycle logs, messages to our team) and limited technical data (device type, app version, anonymized analytics) to keep the product working and improve it.
3. How we use it
Your data is used to operate the app, personalize recommendations, respond to support requests, and (in aggregated, de-identified form) improve our protocols. We do not sell personal data.
4. Health data
Information you log about your cycle, symptoms, food, and labs is treated as sensitive health data. It is encrypted in transit and at rest and is only accessible to a small set of authorized engineers for debugging and safety review.
5. Your rights
